Winter Social 2016

Another year has flown by, Ride Sheffield is now six years old, Lady Cannings is one and a bit, RADmires is well on the way to being built, lots of meetings have been attended and mountain biking is even more established as a key part of this Outdoor City.

It also means that it is time for our winter social! So on Monday the 21st of November we will be meeting in The Holt, which is a great new venue in town. For the past couple of years we have been a bit squashed in the Lescar, so we thought it was good to give people a bit more breathing space, it also means we can have a better format, making it a bit easier for you to talk to us and let us know what direction you want us to be going in for the coming year as well as having more time to talk amongst yourselves.

We will have an update on all our project areas (including more info on the new trails going into Lady Cannings and more on RADmires) and will give you a good opportunity to let us know what you think (without having to shout out in front of everyone), we will briefly run through our AGM and then it will be the usual favourites of the quiz and the raffle (if you would like to donate a prize, please get in touch)

We will be meeting at 7.30pm for an 8pm start, (feel free to bring along anything you would like to sell for this bit) thought The Holt will be open at 7pm and will have food on offer until 8pm (tbc). There will be beer on offer as well as the Holt’s excellent home roasted coffee and cakes.
