AGM: Update

While we have always had a big meeting in the run up to Christmas, that serves as a bit of a social and quiz; as well as us letting you know what has been going on and giving you a chance to chat to people from the SCC ROW team, Eastern Moors, Wildlife Trust etc. We have also held an AGM for the past two years ever since we became a constitutionalised organisation. While this has always been a more low key event, we thought that as there is a lot more going on with Ride Sheffield we would do a little more this year.

So this year on Monday 22nd of July,  we have very kindly being hosted by Sheffield’s newest bike cafe Amici & Bici. We will be down at the cafe from half seven until about half nine.

They have got an events licence, so they will be beer available as well as their usual awesome coffee and soft drinks as well as some light snacks too.

we will be showing some films on the big screen, but the plan is to have an informal get together, with the AGM part of the meeting being at half eight, for about half an hour or so. The rest of the time is there to chat to us about what we are up to, what you would like to see and anything else (apart from wheel size) really. There will be t-shirts for sale, stickers and maybe even a raffle

• 1930 – Open – Films on the big screen, social and a chance to ask us questions on an informal basis
• 2030 – AGM – Will will be updating on our projects, but if you have anything you would like to chat about please email or facebook us
• 2130 – end of event – but drinks can be served till late…
