Blacka Dig Days
After last years successful work on the Devils Elbow Bridleway on Blacka, the Wildlife Trust has some more bits of work planned to improve a couple of spots of drainage and fill in a couple of sections that got missed out or have work away since the initial work.
They are really keen to have us up to work with them, partially due to the immense strength that mountain bikers have for hauling bits of substrate around and also because we can offer some technical insight into the trails. Tools will be provided on both days and a lunch will be provided on the seconds one. You might need to bring some snacks with you if you’re a hungry type!
The first day is the Saturday 7th of July and the second is Saturday the 4th of August. Both day will be run by the wildlife trust and will follow their standard format of meeting at Stoney Ridge car park at 1000 or at the trail at 1030.
