Q1. Which MTB trail got you through lockdown?
Not so much one trail, but one location – Sherwood Pines! (The red and best off piste bits).
Q2. How did MTBing become part of your life?
Rediscovered off road biking in the late 1990’s as an alternative to my preoccupation with rock climbing. The rock climbing ended up going on the back burner:))
Q3. Where are you dreaming of riding in 2021?
If it weren’t for COVID, I love to visit Gais in North Italy. However, I’d be more than happy to spend 2021 exploring my new ‘home trails’ around Peebles and the Tweed Valley
Q4. Have you ridden more or less this year?
Definitely rode more this year.
Q5. What would you like to see MTBing become in the next few years? How should it evolve?
Hmmm….this is more difficult.
If I could wave a magic wand, I’d like to see more traffic free MTB trails opened up/built for a wider range of abilities.
